Through the SGP40 system, the module measures the VOC air quality in the range from 0 ppm to 1000 ppm. Measured values are presented in the form of VOC index indications - taking the value from 0 to 500. Air quality depends on what range the reading is - the lower VOC index value the cleaner the air.

SGP30 gas sensor is designed to monitor indoor air quality. It monitors the concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and H2 present in the air. By measurement it returns TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compound) reading and carbon dioxide equivalent eCO2 reading. The measurement range for eCO2 concentration is from 400 ppm to 60000 ppm. The TVOC measurement range is from 0 ppb to 60000 ppb.
