After payment, the order will be processed and you will be notified of the deadline for the arrival of the goods. Delivery method

The delivery price in all cases is determined by the weight of the parcel and the amount of the purchase. The price will be determined after the shipping address has been specified.

Delivery terms 10-14 days (no more than 9 units of the product, if it is in stock). After shipment, we will provide the tracking number to track the package.

**Note:** On our website, we accept applications around the clock. However, the delivery process begins once we receive the industrial bearings, belts, or chains from the supplier, and not immediately after prepayment.

Why does this happen? There are several reasons for this:
1. Weekends or short business days in Europe.
2. The supplier does not have the necessary parts in stock. We have to order products directly from the manufacturer and wait 2-5 days.

Based on security objectives and in the provision of our services related to industrial parts, we use and process additional personal data of clients, provided voluntarily. Please note that international postal delivery is subject to individual procedures, which may affect the sender’s responsibility. You must independently check the authorization to supply the ordered industrial parts in your region.

Return Policy
The return of industrial bearings, belts, or chains is not possible, as the products belong to the category of goods that are not subject to return within Europe. Cancellation of the purchase is possible before registration and purchase from the supplier by sending a special request to our email, providing the order number and the product you wish to cancel. Refunds are made in 100% of the amount to the details specified in the letter of appeal.
