The small size Adafruit QT Py board is based on the popular SAMD21 chip . Its dimensions are the same as Seeed Xiao - 23.5 x 17.5 x 3.5 mm. The ATSAMD21E18 microcontroller has a 32-bit ARM Cortex M0 + core clocked at 48 MHz, 256 KB of Flash memory and 32 KB of RAM memory.
