DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARINGS
Deep groove ball bearings are used in electric motors, gearboxes, industrial machines and agricultural machines, and household appliances.
There are several types of radial bearings:
-
single-row ball bearings;
-
double-row ball bearings;
-
rolling roller bearings;
-
Radially resistant.
In the standard version, the products can be both open and closed — with protective washers and double-sided contact seals.
Bearings of this type are designed for radial and axial loads, as well as high rotational speeds. The design is all-in-one, so the possibilities of self-installation are minimal. Models with sealing elements do not require special care and increase the reliability of the serviced units.
In comparison with other types of bearings, radial bearings operate with low friction losses, that is, they are designed for a higher rotation speed. Rings and balls are made of special steel alloys with an additional margin of safety. Some models use other materials — heavy-duty polymers, ceramics.
The separators of radial bearings are predominantly stamped and have centering along the rolling elements. If the products work under special conditions, massive separators made of more durable materials — brass, bronze and other alloys are used.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings Options:
Deep groove ball bearings with flanged outer ring
To simplify the placement of holes in which the bearing must be fixed axially.
Stainless Steel Ball Bearings
They are sealed, resistant to corrosion, mainly lubricated with grease for the food industry, have a high load capacity and are acceptable in the temperature range from -20 ° C to + 120 ° C.
Hybrid bearings with ceramic balls and rings made of stainless steel or bearing steel are subject to less wear compared to bearings of similar size with steel balls. Ceramic balls are current insulating. Hybrid bearings are lighter than bearings with steel balls of the same size,
can withstand higher speeds and operate in a temperature range from -20 °C to +130°C, in the case of rubber seals up to + 100 °C in the long term.
Ceramic ball bearings are extremely wear-resistant due to their high hardness, corrosion-resistant and durable. They have good emergency characteristics,
they are lighter than steel bearings of the same size, suitable for idle operation, isolate current, are non-magnetic, withstand very high speeds and operate up to a temperature of about +160 °C. The ceramic material of the balls and rings is resistant to temperatures up to + 800 ° C, the cage material up to + 160 ° C.
Ball bearings made of bearing steel
They can withstand radial loads, despite their low weight. Compared to the medium-sized deep groove ball bearings of the 63 series, they require less installation space with the same internal diameter, weigh only half and allow higher speeds.

-
шариковые однорядные;
-
шариковые двухрядные;
-
роликовые подшипники качения;
-
радиально упорные.
